FAQs
Here are some common questions about Serendipity Mercantile.
When and where can I donate?
You can bring a maximum of two totes of donations to our Bloomington location anytime we are open. You can bring the donations into our front door and we will sort through to make sure we can take all of the donations. Our Lexington location is currently taking donations on Thursdays during store hours.
What donations are you looking for?
We are always looking for updated home decor, women’s clothing, purses, shoes, jewelry, furniture, wall decor, rugs, lamps, and vintage pieces. We will take holiday decor two months prior to the holiday.
Where do you give a portion of your proceeds back to?
We choose a different local non-profit in the area to give back to every month. It is our mission to love on this community and give back to the people who are bringing great change to our community!
Are you taking new vendors?
We currently have a waiting list for vendors. If you have interest in being a vendor, please reach out to [email protected]. We will add you to our list and when an opening for your product becomes available, we will reach out!
I have other questions; how do I contact you?
You can fill out the form on this website, or reach out to us on Facebook Messenger. We no longer have a phone number, sorry for the inconvenience.
Do you do any holds on items?

What is your return policy?
